I wouldn’t know where to start with that, so try asking about how to do that on the Microsoft community forums. If that doesn’t work, you might have to create some sort of macro to remove them from all section headers, or separate docs if they’re already separated out. Hi Kevin Can you run the mail merge again, but this time remove the ‘Draft’ watermark from the source letter? Are all the letters in one long document? If so, have you tried the ‘save as XML’ option (comment above by Amy, 14 October 2012)?
